Do I need to make any changes to my telephone service
or service provider? |
| No, you don't need to change
anything. You can use the same phone service provider and you don't even
need to change your long distance company. Kallcents is like dialing "9"
for an outside line. You dial our toll free number and have a new dialtone.
Then, just dial as usual.

Can I dial this local access number from any phone in
my house? |
| You can dial in to our low
cost network from any phone that is connected to the phone line registered
with Kallcents. If you only have one phone line in your house, then yes,
you can call from any phone. If you have two or more phone lines, i.e.
telephone numbers, you will need to register each of them if you want
to be able to make calls from all house phones.

If this access number sends all toll calls to Kallcents,
will I ever have to pay for a toll call to my local phone company at their
rates? |
| Yes, you might have to. In
some areas of the country, there are local toll calls for which you do
not need to dial 1 first. If you only dial a seven digit number and it
is a toll call, your local phone company will charge you for it.

Can I use Kallcents with a cellular or PCS phone? |
| Yes, in most cases you can.
Kallcents works with many cell phone providers and with Sprint PCS phones.
All you have to do is set up an account giving us the phone number of
your cellular or PCS phone. Periodically we find some cell phones that
cannot use this service.

Can I have more than one number on my Kallcents account?

| Yes, you may. There is no
limit to the number of numbers you can have on your account.

How do I add another phone number(s) to my Kallcents
account? |
| You can add another phone
number to your account by logging on to the Kallcents website at www.kallcents.com
and then logging into your personal
account. Once in your account, there is an item on the menu on which
you can click that will take you to the page where you can add phone numbers
to your account.

| YES! However this may require

How do I change my billing address? |
| You can change your billing
address online here. Once in your account, there is an item on the menu
on which you can click that will take you to the page where you can change
your address.

I don't have a credit card. Can I still use your service?
|
| We are currently only offering
Kallcents to credit card customers unless your monthly bill is over $100,
in which case you may be a cash customer.

Will you mail bills to me upon request? |
| You can easily print out your
call detail from your personal website. We will not mail invoices.
