If you are in the ITL Metro service area, which currently includes most of Western Washington , we are offering you this special program. ITL has special access lines that will allow you to make all of your toll calls for one low rate of 4.9¢.

• Residential: $10 per line per month.
  
• Business: $15 per line per month.

This means that you will be able to call from Bellingham to Chehalis, WA (with a few exceptions)* as much as you want for as long as you want for a flat rate of $10 per month for residential lines and $15 per month for business lines. No per minute charges at all. All your 1+ calls within the expanded calling area are included. And all other long distance calls are only 4.9¢ to the continental US.

These programs are available to qualified Washington residents when you access our low cost network. This can be done by dialing a 7 digit access number before making your call.
